We want you to love what you ordered, but if something does not work out, cancellations, returns and exchanges are available in accordance with this policy and applicable Israeli consumer protection law.

If this policy conflicts with a mandatory provision of Israeli law, Israeli law will apply.

Cancellation and Returns

Purchases made through this website may be canceled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, a customer may request cancellation within 14 days from receiving the product or receiving the disclosure document containing the transaction details, whichever is later.

Returning the Product

Where a cancellation is requested for personal reasons and is not due to a defect, non conformity or failure to supply the product as required, responsibility for returning the product to Vandalized, including the cost of return shipping, is the customer's responsibility in accordance with Israeli law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until the return has been completed.

Cancellation Fees

Where cancellation is unrelated to a defect, non conformity or failure to supply the product as required, Vandalized may charge cancellation fees as permitted under Israeli law, up to 5 percent of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.

Defective, Incorrect or Non Conforming Products

If you receive a defective product, an incorrect product or a product that does not conform to your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the issue.

Where cancellation results from a defect, non conformity or failure to supply the product as required by law, no cancellation fee will be charged and responsibility for returning the product will be handled by Vandalized in accordance with applicable Israeli law.

Refunds

Where a customer is legally entitled to a refund, the refund will be processed within the period required under Israeli law and through the applicable payment method in accordance with the law.

Additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

Size or Color Exchanges

Need another size or color? Contact us and we will be happy to check whether an exchange is possible, subject to available inventory.

Where the exchange is unrelated to a defect or an error by Vandalized, responsibility and shipping costs associated with the exchange are the customer's responsibility.

Custom Illustrations and Personalized Products

Illustrations and products created specifically according to an individual creative brief, measurements or other special customer requirements are subject to the provisions of Israeli law applicable to personalized orders.

Cancellation rights for these orders may be limited once the creative or production process has begun, in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits customer rights relating to defects, non conformity or any other right that cannot legally be excluded.

Special Rights Under Israeli Law

Any additional cancellation rights granted under Israeli consumer protection law to senior citizens, new immigrants and persons with disabilities remain fully applicable.
